1. **Shipping**
All lightboxes are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. We currently ship within the U.S.
2. **Returns**
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
3. **Damaged Items**
If your item is damaged in shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it.
4. **Cancellations**
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
5. **Incorrect Orders**
If we made an error in your order, we will correct it at no additional charge.
