At Light Em Up, every piece is made to order with your custom details, and we stand behind the quality of every product we create.
Return Window
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
✅ Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The product received is incorrect (wrong name, number, or design due to our error)
If your item qualifies, we will:
- Replace it at no cost or
- Issue a full refund
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect information entered by the customer (name, number, color selections, etc.)
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Normal wear and tear after use
⏳ 90-Day Limit
All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

🔁 Replacements
If your item is approved for replacement:
- We will remake and ship your item as quickly as possible
- No additional cost to you
